  • My child is being collected by another adult. What do I do?

  • I am worried about my child’s behaviour. Who should I contact?

  • I need to contact someone about paying for a school tour.

    You can pay on Aladdin and if there is a problem contact our school secretary at secretary@stmatts.ie.

  • I would like to sign my child up for the Afterschool Club.

    You can sign up with the school secretary at the beginning of the year and pay through Aladdin. Please note that places are limited.

  • How do I sign my child up for afterschool activities?

    You can sign up each term with the school secretary and pay through Aladdin.

  • How do I contact the principal?

    Ms O’Reilly greets parents and children every morning at the door and on the yard at home time. However, if you

    would like to discuss something in private, please email secretary@stmatts.ie to make an appointment.

  • My child is struggling with their homework/learning. How can I support them?

    Contact the class teacher on Seesaw to arrange a meeting.

  • My child is sick and will not be in tomorrow.

    Notify the class teacher on SeeSaw. If your child is going to be absent for more than a couple of days, please send a copy of a doctor’s note for our records. If your child has over 20 days’ unexplained absences, we are obliged to contact Tusla.

  • Do children wear a uniform?

    No. St. Matthew’s is uniform free, so children can wear their own clothes to school.
