St. Matthew’s has a lively Parents’ Association that brings our parent community together and supports school life


Working closely with the school, the PTA helps promote to fundraise for our school and support school life.

Each of our eight classes has a PTA representative who shares updates, helps organise activities and gathers volunteers when needed. Together, the PTA representatives form a committee that meets regularly throughout the year to plan events, support school initiatives and co-ordinate fundraising.

All parents are warmly encouraged to get involved.

Whether it’s helping out at an event or lending a hand behind the scenes, your support makes a real difference to the school experience of every child.

Involvement in the PTA can include: 

  • Volunteering for PTA initiatives

  • Helping to organise events and fundraising activities

  • Attending PTA meetings and community events
